We engineer electrical designs for any specific projects associated with infrastructure. Where we have not produced the basic design, we assume the risk of the accuracy and completeness with our client. We co-ordinate the entire design for the project to ensure that the project meets the required technical and performance specification.
We implement strategies on projects, source contractors, consultants and the necessary plant and equipment in accordance with the client’s requirements established at tender stage. We also advise on the timing of the issuing of the relevant packages and will advise the client on the terms available and will negotiate the contract packages on the client’s behalf. We may, at the client’s request and on the client’s behalf, enter into procurement contracts.
We manage the overall process of carrying out and completion of the works. This includes the co-ordination of the works and services being procured on the client’s behalf to achieve completion of the works in accordance with the project schedule, the project budget and to meet the required technical and performance specification.
We have as a joint venture partnered with a reputable system integration company. We can therefore offer full automation programming backed up by comprehensive service and maintenance agreements.
We plan, secure and manage resources to achieve the projects goals. We deliver projects on time, within budget and according to specified requirements. We achieve this by managing project budgets, designing and maintaining project specific time tables to track key project milestones. We also achieve our goals by managing project personnel, resources and by liaising and/ or negotiating with customers and suppliers to ensure that every phase of the project is executed in accordance with client requirements and specifications, legislative regulations and laws as well as safety, operational demands and lowest maintenance costs
